We believe that art moves people, touches people, connects people … and we seek to generate and facilitate inspiration, movement, and connection through the efforts of our organization.

VISION

Through our work, we wholeheartedly welcome opportunities to know, exchange with, and support artists and makers around the globe, starting with those of both emerging and refined skills in our local community and throughout the United States. In this way, we contribute to an advancing human community in an ART-FULL world.

MEANING

What does “Limina” mean?
The point at which a stimulus is strong enough to produce a physiological or psychological response.

1. the sill of a doorway.

2. an entrance.

3. any point of entering or beginning: the threshold of something new.

Limina Arts Foundation has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service to be exempt from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(c)(3), and we are further classified with a status of 509(a)(2).
